Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service booked. One-to-one sessions, assessments, and workshops must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for
rescheduling or refund.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded. Digital resources and completed
assessments are non-refundable.

All refund terms are communicated before payment.
